This week I'm talking with Quinn Tempest and we're diving into all things creating your purpose. Quinn is a creative entrepreneur and speaker based in Phoenix, Arizona. She helps entrepreneurs and small business owners uncover their unique purpose and bring it to life in everything they do - both online and offline. In this week's episode, we're really diving into uncovering your purpose, burnout and wearing busy-ness as a badge of honour, the two questions Quinn asks anyone who is trying to create their purpose and we have a great discussion about the importance of experiments when it comes to building an intentional life that works for you. If you're feeling a bit wobbly about your path, if you struggle when it comes to your purpose or if you just need a boost of motivation, this is the episode for you! Enjoy the show!

Hello Couragemakers!
It's good to be back! This week I've got a special episode for you as I've teamed up with the mental health charity CALM and CALM ambassador Shareefa J to mark Mental Health Awareness Week. We're diving into all things mental health, self-kindness and how courage is courageous.
